SIDE FEED HAMMERMILL
American Pulverizer Side Feed Hammermills are ideal for reducing whole pallets, paper cores, cut-offs, trim waste, particleboard and sheet rock.
These machines feature a rigid-rotor heavy-duty disc type design, with notched center discs to provide additional cutting edges. Hammers are
fabricated out of AR plate or T-1 plate. Hammers are reversible and can have hard faced leading edges.
The lower housings are made from rib-reinforced plate and angle. Upper back and upper front housings split
horizontally and vertically for quick and easy access to the interior of the mill. All abutting housings are one machined to minimize vibration
and to yield a dust-tight machine.
Units can be portable or stationary, diesel or electrically powered, and furnished with infeed and takeaway conveyors.
